I recently just had two suits and four suit jackets altered, and dry cleaned. I was extremely happy with the quality of work and the fantastic attitude and attentiveness of the seamstress, "Veronica" - which was amazing. Measured the suits and jackets perfectly. Gave me great suggestions and certainly knew her business. Excellent job Veronica! In addition, the staff I worked with showed exemplary customer service. I would like to give a shout out to "Charlie" (front desk representative). She was/is excellent. Interested in my needs, Very friendly, patient, listens and worked very very well with me. Thank you to both Veronica and Charlie for a very easy-going experience. Roughly 4 years ago I used this Service for many many years when I was working as I had all my business shirts starched and pressed there several times a week. With pick up the following day. Very helpful and dependable. Bottom line .... I would HIGHLY recommend them. Never had any problems or uncomfortable encounters. Just darn good work. Update: the owner is working with me to replace the damaged clothes! I just picked up $150 of wash & fold and all my clothes are ruined! They were supposed to wash in cold and hang dry, but they definitely dried the clothes, probably on high heat, and may have washed on warm or hot too. I can barely fit into my pants because they shrunk so much--they are really tight and also shorter in length. My sweaters I wear to work shrink and are pilling. Basically my favorite pants and shirts and work wardrobe is ruined and I'm out at least $1,000!

Brought in a 50 year old Sierra Designs jacket that was dirty. Staff said they would do what they could but "no guarantees." My expectations were that the jacket would at least be sanitary, but when I picked it up it looked great--all the soil and stains were removed. I am very happy to have the jacket back and wearable.

Very quick, friendly staff. Get it in by noon, and they can have it done same day. My 9x9 quilt cost around $47 to have cleaned, and they packed it up nicely in a zippered plastic tote. All the noticeably dirty spots are clean, and smells fresh. Got a text when it was ready and chose to pick it up in person, but they also apparently offer delivery. I’ve never had anything dry cleaned before for comparison, but I’d rate this as a pleasant and painless experience.
