Great spot for dry cleaning. Their process makes it so easy, they are very communicative and honest on pricing and timeline. Actually the best dry cleaning experience I’ve had in some time when I think about it sitting here writing this review. Suit came out great as well!

Christina, who took my coat and signed me in, was very professional and helpful and informative. My coat came back on the day it was promised. Unfortunately the stain on the coat (the reason I took it in) was not removed. Christina immediately offered a redo. Hoping they get the stain removed in the 2 attempt.

Great service and the quality of the dry cleaning is top notch. I still think it’s on the expensive side, but utilizing the coupons and discount days makes it affordable. The reason for 4 stars is just that, you have to go out of your way or endure an inconvenience to make things affordable. In The Bag Dry Cleaners are my clients, I’m paying them, they should be more favorable to my/our schedule. That being said, I still recommend this fine establishment to my family, friends and all who read this review. Happy shopping!!

The Bag Cleaners location in Andover is outstanding. Their service is impeccable, and they truly go above and beyond. I was late picking up a jacket and needed it on a Saturday, so I called, and the owner arranged for the manager to come back to the store just to get my jacket for me. Both the owner and the manager were incredibly kind and understanding. If I could, I’d give them a 10-star review!
