Fast and friendly service with the convenience of pick or delivery. I had suits and shirts cleaned. The cleaning quality was excellent. The suit came back perfectly pressed. The service was very fast; and staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The price was better than my old dry cleaner, definitely worth it for the quality and speed. Honest about their ability to handle expensive items. Will tell you no if they’re not sure it’ll maintain its original structure I found it overpriced compared to another dry cleaner I go to. I took my siblings rec and visited this. Her wedding dress was cleaned for $28, while my $40 coat was cleaned for $30 and still had stains. Great customer service. Really clean place and up to date with their store layout and design. Clearly put thought into it, and offer free delivery and other amenities. For my needs, it felt overpriced.

Fantastic and customized service! My daughter’s wedding was this month in Ann Arbor. She and her new husband live in Salt Lake City. They wanted to have a few more professional pictures, taken around Ann Arbor, in their wedding dress and suit the week after the wedding before they had leave to return to Utah. The wedding dress, custom suit and custom shirt needed to be cleaned. The staff and owner of Schafer 2YourDoor Cleaners were fantastic, and were able to have both cleaned and pressed in 3 days, leaving the happy couple plenty of time for their pictures. I called multiple cleaners in the Ann Arbor area and none could provide this speedy service. The dress and suit came back beautifully! They were thrilled and so was I. We’ve taken multiple things since to have cleaned and are extremely happy. When I signed up for an account, they provided a 30% off coupon, which we used on our first large order and saved $25. They also text when your order is ready and personally texted me back with answers to specific questions. They offer many other services too.
