There is a PressBox in my apartment complex and I used it once before with no issue. But after my most recent experience I will never use them again. I placed 6 items into the box and a few days later I received a text saying that my order was ready for pick up. When I opened the locker, I immediately noticed that only 3 of my items were there. I sent them an email asking where the rest of my order was and they replied and said that it would arrive the next day since my items needed more "care." If this is true, why not tell me ahead of time that some of my clothes will take longer? Instead of sending me a text message saying that my whole order is ready for pickup? What kind of crappy customer service is that? The following day the rest of my clothes still aren't here. I emailed them asking for an ETA but no one has replied to me. So as of today, I have no idea where the rest of my clothes are. Then to top it off, they charged me nearly $60 for 6 pieces of clothing. Terrible company, will never use them again. Save yourself the trouble and go to another dry cleaning service.

While the service is extremely convenient - they pick up and drop off from my apartment building - that's about where the good experiences end. The Dropbox app through which Pressbox operates is awful. Regularly i am told to update my card details because the transaction has declined. I delete the card and re-add the same card and magically it rectifies the issue. When booking a pickup you are also not given the opportunity to state what exactly you are having collected, so there is price given until after they have collected the dry cleaning. I have also asked every single time for creases to be ironed in to the sleeves of my work shirts in the given comments field. Not a single time has my request been completed. When you book a collection there is no way to know what time the dry cleaning will be collected. It could be first thing in the morning, or it could be last at night, so you're left guessing as to when you should drop off the clothes at the designated pickup. Most dry cleaning offers a 24 hour turnaround, depending on how busy they are. This service is a MINIMUM of 48 hours, and sometimes longer depending on when they pick up. There is no weekend service at all, so if you book something on Friday you won't be getting it back until Wednesday. This service had/has the potential to be amazing, but when the only benefit is that they pickup and drop off to my building, I would much rather just walk the 10 minutes to an actual dry cleaner for better dry cleaning and faster service.

A extremely bad dry-clean experience and an unpleasant customer service. I sent clothes without stains and received them with stains. I emailed them and got a indifferent response. Not recommend to anyone.

The rock stars of dry cleaning! These guys did two weeks of laundry for our family of 4 with a fast turn around. Everything was neatly folded and expertly matched. I called twice before hiring and the owner answered the phone himself both times. Excellent customer service and follow through! We will definitely return for my husband's dry cleaning.
