Friendly staff, prompt service, reasonably priced, quality cleaning! I hadn’t had anything dry cleaned in over 20 years. A few people said try Apple. So far I’ve only had 2 coats cleaned, and they looked brand new. Also both times my items were ready earlier than promised. Thank you

Haven't taken my clothes to a cleaners before. I was greeted by the nicest lady. She answered all my questions and told me when I could pick up my coat. That day I received emails that my coat was ready for pickup. The coat that has never been dry cleaned looked brand new and we are talking a 11 year old coat. Totally recommend Apple cleaners

Avoid them. My experience shows gross incompetence and facile dishonesty. I dropped of three items one week ago, and within a couple of days was sent a text saying all three were ready for pickup. Two items were ready, the third was lost. The agent who waited on me insisted that the computerized inventory showed that all three items had been checked in, so "it must be here somewhere." She spent the next half hour to forty minutes rifling through other people's orders, insisting my item must be among them, waiting on other customers, and refusing to give me my other two items. When I finally insisted that the lost item had clearly been given to someone else by mistake (and asked how they were going to make good the loss) she refused to acknowledge the now-obvious fact. She instead said she would "call my manager to get it traced" and continued to hold my other items hostage. I had to repeatedly insist that she give me the other two items before she finally yielded. Her parting insult was that it was not Apple's fault that I "was so impatient," and that I deserved her mistreatment. I have, of course, heard nothing from a "manager" or anyone else. I shall never return.

I’ll let the pictures speak for itself. I was offered no compensation. Never again!! Their so call fixing the damage was a insult! When a business knows that they have damaged someones property it is only right to compensate. Put yourself in the customers shoes. Word of mouth goes a long way especially when you have pictures . I’ve said my peace…never again.
