The service is great. There were other customers that needed attending while I was being waited on. No problem! Everything moved smoothly with ease. Received my winter coat back in 3 days. Wonderful cleaning but don’t know why I had to pay for the environmental fee. Thought the company should absorb that cost.

The phone interaction I just had has me feeling like they do not want my business. I understand maybe the lady who answered the phone is having a bad day (we’ve all been there) but maybe recognize that today isn’t the day for you to handle customers. I can’t give them one star as I haven’t used their service and I’m sure it’s just fine. But the fact that they were the first dry cleaners I called (due to their high reviews) and the woman who answered sounded irritated I think 3 stars is sufficient for my experience and I clearly will find another cleaner.
