This is a very nice establishment. This was my first time at this dry cleaners and as a new customer, they provide you with a welcome kit, which includes a laundry bag with your name tag on it that you can use when you want to bring future items there for cleaning and they are quite friendly and welcoming.

Had an old winter coat repaired and cleaned. Full zipper replacement plus some buttons. A bit pricey, but not unexpected for the work, and I'll get good years out of this coat instead of buying a new one. They were great to deal with, the coat was ready on the exact day they said it would, and the work is excellent. Highly recommend.

I found a beautiful cream color long coat. It had been in my basement for a few years and had some mold on it. I wasn’t sure it would come out. My husband said why don’t you take it to Urban Valet they always do a great job. So I did! They said they would give it a try. We picked it up on Wednesday and I held my breath and it is perfect. No signs of mold. It is just beautiful again! Thank you Urban Valet!! You really are the best.
