They did a good job answering all my questions and going over the process. They called to get authorization on a few items that didn’t have “care” instructions on them, and we discussed the best path forward. All-in-all, a very good experience.

They did a terrible job with my winter coat and formal dress. It was $48 for 2 items, the down coat came back with all of the down bunched into a ball because they put it in the dryer (even though the directions said don't put it in the dryer), and the stains still on the jacket. The dress came back dirtier than when I gave it to them. There was dust, hair (?!), and white marks all across the bottom. When I asked the lady at the counter, she said "well we send all the clothes out, there's nothing I can do about it. If you want, I can resend it without more charge". I chose not to trust them again.

I have been a customer of Widmer's Cleaners for years but have not had much need of a dry cleaner since Covid (yoga pants don't need dry cleaning the way business suits do). I went to Widmer's the other day and was pleased to learn I was still in their system, which made the whole process quick and easy. I picked up my suit a couple of days later, and it looked brand new (it had been collecting dust for 4 years). Thank you, Widmer's.
