It was my first time visiting (close to work and convenient), and I have been warned multiple times by some of my clients not to go here. I should have listened. I specifically asked that everything be hand-pressed after cleaning to avoid glass buttons being broken. I was assured that a note was made and they would do so. That is not the case. My custom suit I took in, I kid you not, EVERY SINGLE BUTTON is broken or chipped. I now have to pay for new buttons after the $90+ bill for 2 suits 2 sport coats and a pair of pants to be cleaned. Absolutely ridiculous… Don’t be like me and just listen as I should have, and DO NOT GO HERE. I will never return.
