Up until recently I have been pleased with Ross Cleaners. However, the blouse that needed to be ironed did not turn out well at all. I will admit the blouse was difficult to iron myself that's why I took it to Ross Cleaners. The sleeves did not get ironed at all and the front of the blouse was just a little better. I didn't think to check the blouse before I paid ($9.54) and left. That was my fault. Other than that, I will continue to recommend Ross Cleaners.

Don’t do much dry cleaning these days. Our king sized comforter needed laundered due to a sick dog. My husband cleaned it and thought that it world be good enough- but I wanted it professionally done. Even though new owners , we have been using Ross Cleaners for 35 years always with excellent results. Our comforter was done within a few days and looked and smelled like new. Very nice customer service too. Highly recommend.

Customer service was good. Dry cleaning was ready ahead of the expected date which is always nice. Apparently, need to tell them your preference for pressing pants/jeans with a center crease. Should have checked that before I left the cleaners when I picked up my clothes.

This was my first visit to Ross, and I am happy to say it will not be my last. I was greeted by a friendly helpful employee that walked me through the steps and timeframe it would take to get my comforter cleaned. They gave me a welcome goody bag filled with coupons, a garment bag, and even some candy. They estimated it would take a week to get my item cleaned, but to my surprise it was done in just 2 days. When I picked up my order, I was again greeted by another friendly and helpful employee. All around terrific service. I would highly recommend.

Took my daughter homecoming dress to these guys to have it pressed before her event, Everyone was very polite and knowledgeable. I was given a great rate for the service needed and the turn around time was truly amazing. The dress was done in 2 days thanks so much and job well done.
