I took my pants to make the hem done in the hyde park location on observatory. I should asked her name, but if it helps, she was the blonde one. She was very professional and friendly and help me out with my all needs! 5 ⭐️ for her! She deserves a raise for taking a good care of the customers! Make her happy!!

We have been using Widmer’s for a few months now and it’s been such a great experience! Clothing and even comforters are always so clean, they are quick, and pricing is reasonable. Customer service has also always been great- prompt responses and always willing to help!

I was GREATLY disappointed after taking my wedding dress to Widmer's for cleaning & preservation. Not only was all of the dirt from the bottom bustle line and spray tan residue somehow pulled to the back of the dress leading to brown buttons, but I came to pick up my dress to it hanging by the off-the-shoulder bridal sleeve fabric. The fabric is incredibly stretched beyond repair (there were hanger ribbons inside to use) and I was told the stains cannot come out. When discussing with them, I was met with defensiveness and nothing but rudeness by the individual working the register. I was planning to preserve my gown with them as well, but ended up paying them $100 to take it elsewhere, where the stains came completely out first clean. I would NOT recommend taking anything of sentimental or monetary value to this Widmer's.

Widmers has always been know for quality service and they did not disappoint. I had my dress steamed for my daughters wedding and they were prompt and efficient. The customer service is impeccable. Very personal and friendly. My dress is beautiful and they put it on a quality hanger that supports the dress to stay crisp till the wedding. The location is easy to get to and they have their own parking lot. I definitely will be back.
