When I arrived, the customer leaving was pleasantly welcoming, with beautiful words to my surprise. I got to the counter my first time, the gentleman seemed to have a lot on his mind, I informed him of spots of sauce on my top it was so many areas but he continued to put the tap on he areas. I chuckled and said yes I was eating with both hands lol. Ice breaker he turned out to be kind and revived. He Assured me the items will be ready on Tuesday. Great job.

Was told my red suede jacket would be ready to pick up on the 20th. When I arrived for pick up, the jacket was there but, the person who needed to price it was not there; no way to reach her; no idea when she would be back. Apparently, I should have waited for a call, though I have no memory of being told that when I dropped it off. It would be 3 days before I could get back to O’Bryonville, to pick it up. That said, I am very pleased with my jacket. It is a favorite that I wear frequently & I was dubious as to whether it could even be cleaned. There was a “special attention” tag on it; there is still a trace of ground in dirt on the cuff, but, compared to what it was, I am absolutely thrilled.

I took my daughters wedding dress in to be cleaned and preserved, it had been hanging still dirty since her wedding almost 8 years ago. The directions said to not dry clean but they assured me it would be fine and they were exactly right it looked like a brand new dress. The box it was preserved in was beautiful I am very pleased as well as my daughter was of how it turned out.

I recently moved across downtown and wanted to have an area rug cleaned before moving it to our new place. Widmer's made it easy to sign up online for the service. Then, Kevin, the Widmer's delivery associate for our area picked up the rug. Kevin was awesome, making a return trip when I wasn't available the first pickup attempt. Kevin delivered the clean rug when it was ready and it looks great in our living room. I'll definitely be using Widmer's convenient services if I need anything cleaned!
