Was trying top find a place to do bulk steam shirts as we had ALOT. Sadly no one was able to do it in the time frame we were needing but Faulkner's took up the challenge. Not only was the shirts pressed but they were done ahead to schedule. Very grateful for the help and will be using them in the future.

My son was needing a suit cleaned for a wedding. I needed it next day early and every place I called said they couldn’t have it done before 4 pm. Almost giving up hope, I called Faulkner’s Cleaners on Davis Ave. and spoke to an angel named Jeronica. She informed me that they could have the suit cleaned for me by 10 am. Hello yes actually it was my first time with you all and it literally went smooth. I dropped off in the morning couple of shirts and by 2 o’clock in the afternoon I added a third shirt, no problem, no issue, adding it to the rest of my shirts, and when y’all replied as far as when the shirts should be done in a day or two later, I just went by and picked them up and they were excellent in medium starch… Appreciate the prompt service and the communication with you. Yall should check out the yelp reviews, they’re 2 stars and with good reason. Worst experience I took my shirts in and payed extra for heavy starch, they not only delayed my order twice but they didn’t even starch my shirts! And I’m missing a shirt I had to go work two days with an uncomfortable small shirt that was the only one I didn’t get dry cleaned because I trusted the google reviews. Let me tell you that was a grave mistake. Think twice before coming to this location. Please save yourself the trouble and check the yelp reviews!!!!

I had a terrible experience with Faulkner’s Dry Cleaners. I initially went in to get a zipper replaced on a pair of khakis because my usual cleaners across from Tom Thumb had permanently closed, and Google showed Faulkner’s as the nearest option. From the start, they couldn’t tell me the cost or even give me an estimated timeframe for when my pants would be ready. Despite the uncertainty, I left my khakis with them, hoping for the best. When they finally texted me that my pants were ready, I was shocked by the outrageous price—$43 just to replace a zipper and dry clean them! That’s beyond excessive. If they had been upfront about the cost from the beginning, I would have gone elsewhere. I won’t be returning to Faulkner’s and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for fair pricing and clear communication.

I put in 5 brand new items just to be pressed and this is what I got. I’ll never do business here again. $35 and I could have ironed this better than it came out. I’m convinced they sat on my clothes for 2 days and did nothing.
