This is by far the best service one can receive. I am not an easy customer. Because of my rotating schedule I never know when I will need uniforms done and often ask if they can rush service for same day return. In the past most places I’ve taken uniforms to can not get it done so quickly yet they always do and never complain. I’ve used them now a couple of years and have never been disappointed.

I have used Martinizing for almost 10 years now and their quality and service have far exceeded the much larger cleaner I was using before that. The prior cleaner would return 2-3 dress shirts with broken buttons every quarter. I've never had a shirt returned with a broken button from Martinizing. Bob, the owner, and Liz, whom I think is 2nd in command, are personally involved and are super helpful. One a couple of occasions, they have been able to execute same-day service for me when I was in a jam. The values of a business really show through when things don't quite go as planned. A couple weeks ago there was a miscommunication about delivery urgency and the items I needed were not going to get delivered before I had to leave on a trip. I called and Liz had them delivered that evening, long after the shop was closed. As a bonus, a fellow named Ray is the delivery driver for our area, and he not only picks things up and delivers them, he's one of the most upbeat and pleasant people I've ever met. He's full of energy and always has a smile on his face when I see him. So I not only get great service, Ray brightens my day as well. Martinizing in Danville is a great example of a small, locally-owned business where the owners and the people who work there genuinely care about their customers and go out of their way to be sure the customer experience is great. And on the rare occasion when something goes wrong, they jump in and fix it. I highly recommend them.

BEST DRY CLEANERS...HANDS DOWN! I've been using Martinizing for a little more than a year now, mostly for laundering my shirts, but not exclusively. In the past few months we've had expensive dresses and gowns dry cleaned, tablecloths cleaned and pressed, and even a duvet cleaned. All of it has been expertly done and for a great price! They also pick up and deliver in my neighborhood twice a week which is SO convenient! Love these guys and HIGHLY recommend!

Fantastic service w/ a smile and a warm greeting every time! Always happy to see you, fast turnaround, quick to call if there’s an issue, alterations, recommendations, and they’ll even pickup/drop-off from your house! They’ve cleaned everything we’ve brought to them, including comforters/throws/rugs (big/small), all types of hats, gloves, etc. If it’s made of fabric, and gets dirty, they can clean it or, send it into one of their trusted partners, to ensure they clean it properly. They’ve truly covered all the bases! We truly cannot think of anything else a dry clears could do to enhance our experience! Highly recommended!
