I brought my dress in to get cleaned first thing Friday morning when they opened and they had it ready for me by 3pm the same day! The dress even had a stain and some snags and they fixed them both! So thankful would definitely recommend!

This was my first dealing with best cleaners, and I am very pleased with the services they provided. I had left my debit card in the shirt pocket of one of my shirts, and they called me from their Columbia location and offered to bring it up to Franklin from Columbia that night. I had a bunch of clothes I brought by and I got them in a very timely manner. Both the nice lady at the cleaners counter, and the gentleman that called from Columbia were extremely nice. I will definitely be back and best cleaners will be my cleaners of choice

My husband dropped off my dry cleaning off at the Franklin store and asked the desk person to be sure the lapels are pressed flat and creased. The desk person replied that they always do. He asked her to please be sure to make a note of it because not all dry cleaners do this. This is our first time using this cleaners He picked the clothes up this week. When I went to pack for work today and took the closes out of the plastic coverings, I works in FL, there were no crease on the lapels, they had wrinkles, pills on the material (the blazers are new), the buttons are scratched and the collars are collapsing. This is the worse dry cleaning job I've seen in a very long time. I don't put out bad reviews on line, but this is NOT right! This has almost ruined the new blazers. The slacks looked good and pressed, but the blazers are almost ruined. I am going to take them to a cleaners in FL to see if they can save them. I took pictures of one of the blazers for the store to see, if they are interested.

They did an outstanding job with my dry cleaning! I had some stains on shirts that I didn’t know would be able to come out or not, and they were able to clean them! Definitely five star service, and a great price!
