I was a bit nervous because my dress and coat said they could not be washed except by hand. But they came back perfectly in tact. No wrinkles and well maintained. I will be using them for all my outfits that need to be carefully washed.

Dropped off my suit on a Saturday. Came back a week later and they never cleaned it. It was crumpled in a bag in the back. Followed the instructions EXACTLY as described by sending a message on the app. A dirty crumpled suit didn’t do my any good. To be fair they acknowledged a mistake was made and offered me a credit for future dry cleaning so I do appreciate that. Unfortunately, I was without a clean suit for an important event.

This was a full length woman's winter coat with a furry border around the hood. We had to sign a waiver stating that the cleaners were not liable for any damage. Personally, I was a little worried, but my sister said go forward after speaking with one of the workers here. I picked it up and it came back looking like a new coat. It was priced fairly and the workers there are really helpful, nice , and understanding. Great experience all around. Can't wait until my sister comes in from FL for a visit so she can see it for herself.

I recently took several suits to this dry cleaning company for routine cleaning. When I returned home, I was shocked to find a significant tear in the forearm of one of my suits—a suit that had no damage prior to dropping it off. I immediately contacted the owner, Steve, to express my concern. Instead of taking responsibility and offering to replace or compensate me for the damaged suit, he suggested I should have it repaired, which was not at all what I needed or expected from a dry cleaning service. Steve seemed more concerned with finding the least expensive solution for his business rather than making things right for the customer. To make matters worse, I was accused of bringing the suit in damaged, which was not the case at all. I came in expecting professional service but left feeling wronged and disappointed. For anyone considering using this company, I would recommend caution and ensure you fully understand the level of service you may receive. My experience was far from what I expected, and I hope future customers have a better outcome.
