I had a fantastic experience with Red Hanger! I took my son’s suit in to get cleaned and asked how soon I could get it back. They said if you bring it in the morning you can usually get it back same day, but if it was later in the day you could get it back the next day by 5. I was a bit panicked because I needed it back sooner than that, but I also knew I was really late in asking. They said they would be able to get it done by 3 the next day—which was fine with me. It was about 1:30 in the afternoon when I dropped it off. I was so surprised to get a call just a few hours later that evening before they closed saying the suit was ready for pickup. Wow!! What great customer service. The suit was perfectly clean and pressed. I will definitely keep going back to Red Hanger in Highland.

My teenager told me a little bit too late that she needed her prom dress to be pressed once I got the dress, it was prom day and I noticed that the dress needed more than just a pressing it needed to be cleaned. I rushed over to red hanger and asked them if it was possible that they could do this in the same day. they said yes, and the dress looked phenomenal and I'm just so grateful that they were willing to do it and put in the extra personal time and care to make sure that my daughter's prom day was awesome .

Recently discovered that I had improperly stored my dad’s WWII Navy blanket in a place where some leather and upholstery lotion spilled on it. I thought it was ruined. Took the green, wool blanket to my neighborhood Red Hanger and they indicates that they would do their best to clean it up. I picked the blanket up 3 days later, worried at what I might find. My worries, however, were ill-founded, as the blanket was cleaned to perfection! Thanks, RH!

This is the best dry cleaner I have ever been to. They’re so friendly and everything always looks so nice that I get dry cleaned. Once when my son was leaving on a mission, he had ruined a white shirt with a stain. They were able to get it out and didn’t even charge us!

This place is THE best. I took my bridal photos in Sequoia National Park and during the bridals it started pouring rain on us. Super magical but my wedding dress got wrecked. The entire bottom of the dress was covered in mud and even got underneath the lace. It was also hand made by my grandma and aunt so I needed a place I trusted to take good care of it. Brought my dress here, and it came back as if nothing had happened. It was perfect. Miracles workers!!

I recently visited Red Hanger in Highland, and overall, it was a solid experience. The customer service was fantastic—truly top-notch. The place looked clean, modern, and inviting, which is always a plus. The gentleman who helped me was friendly and professional, making the whole process smooth and pleasant. Unfortunately, I ran into a bit of a snag: I needed some white shirts dry-cleaned for a wedding on Friday, but they couldn’t offer same-day delivery. I ended up having to wait until Saturday to get my articles back, which was a bit of a letdown given the time-sensitive nature of my request. Despite this hiccup, the quality of service and the appearance of the location were great. If you're not in a rush and appreciate excellent customer service, this Red Hanger is definitely worth a visit. I’d definitely consider returning in the future, just plan ahead if you have a tight deadline. 👍
