Brite Touch (Cindy’s) Cleaners did a fabulous job cleaning and preserving my daughter’s wedding dress! Juan was a pleasure to work with and answered all of my questions throughout the process. I am very picky and actually waited seven months to do anything (not recommended) due to analysis paralysis. I was afraid to send it out of state to a company specializing in this because I wasn’t convinced they would get the stains out before putting it in a box. I also didn’t want to pay a fortune locally, and most importantly, I didn’t want the dress ruined and discolored, which happened to some of my white garments by other cleaners. After reading several reviews and seeing that Brite Touch was voted The Knot’s Best of Weddings in gown cleaning and preservation, I brought the dress and veil to their Richmond location. You can see from the “before” photos how filthy the bottom of the dress was since it was an outdoor wedding. After just three weeks, including the holidays, every stain was completely removed, and the dress and veil looked like new. I truly appreciated that I could see the dress on a hanger before deciding whether to box and preserve it. Juan kindly removed the dress from the plastic so I could inspect it, and I was thrilled with how clean it was. He said it could take up to two weeks to preserve it, but in just a few days, I received a text saying it was ready for pick-up. The long veil was nicely draped across the bodice so it was visible in the clear window of the box. You can see in the photos that there was a large bow on the back of the dress and lots of fabric including the veil, but it all was tucked neatly in the box. I wanted the smallest box for storage, so the bust is flat against the window, but larger boxes are available if you prefer. Juan provided a 10% cash discount to the very reasonable total and even carried the preserved dress to my car. A friend of mine cleaned her daughter’s dress elsewhere without preservation for almost double the cost two years ago. I highly recommend Brite Touch!

Absolutely amazing! I never leave reviews but this place truly deserves it. Super clean facility, GREAT prices and my clothes have never looked better! I had a linen blazer that gives me so much trouble to iron and other places clean it but it still has weird wrinkles. But not at Cindy’s!! It literally looks brand new and I paid half of what others charge. I am SO IMPRESSED!

I am very happy that I chose Cindy’s Cleaners (Brite Touch) to clean my daughter’s wedding dress. They did a great job cleaning the dress (Indian embroidered lace slip underlay with corseted voluminous over skirt). They took special care with the dress, calling the overseas dress designer to discuss the fabrics and the best way to clean the dress. Leonardo and Juan were great with communications and provided a price for the cleaning and the date it would be ready. The price was very reasonable, especially compared to quotes from other cleaners. Also, the cleaning was completed in less than 3 weeks, which was so much faster than other cleaners who quoted timing of 6 weeks to eight months. Based on this experience, I plan to take all my dry cleaning to Cindy’s Brite Touch going forward!

I would give this a zero if I could. I had my white jumpsuits cleaned there. They brought back my favorite jumpsuit with its belt a completely different color. Did not show any remorse or apologize. Instead had an attitude and kept pushing me to pay for it. The man said he could send it back so they can try to fix it— its creamy white belt and came back grey and stiff. How does that even happen? He demanded I pay for it as he was gonna try to fix it. I paid just to get out of there because I was so disgusted.

They did a great job with cleaning and preserving my wedding dress (dress details - A line, medium length train, V neck and jeweled belt attached and fake buttons down back). They are so great with communication, I forgot to bring my veil and they called me before they started the process but I decided not to include and do something else with the veil. The price was fair for the amount $$$ I put into the dress. Definitely recommend!
