I drop off at west Gray location. Service was spectacular when Kim was working there. I understand things change. My complaint isn’t about service, the new lady there is pleasant. My issue is the pricing. They have gotten so unreasonably priced. Fortunately living the middle of the city I can find another qualified dry cleaners that doesn’t want to well… take me to the cleaners.

Positives: Staff were all very nice, clothes are clean, no damage to items. And they offer 50% off your whole order for first time customers, so it was well worth it to give them a try. However, I had 2 significant issues. First, I was told each dress would be $15 (minus the 50% off for first time customers). However, they added extra fees to each item for lining and material type (ALL materials - not just silk or wool) and charged a separate 4.50 for a belt that was part of the dress. Those fees should have been disclosed at drop off. Secondly, the app never updated to say my items were ready (staff admitted this was an error). When I called I was told my items were ready and confirmed they were at the Chimney Rock location which was my requested pick up location. When I arrived the clothes were not there and I was told they were at the West Gray location. I then drove to the West Gray location and was initially told they weren't there either. I insisted they check - and items were located - just not in the system. Thus it took 8 days and an hour of driving to get my dry cleaning. When I complained about the issues, they did take some money off which I greatly appreciated. This is why I gave them 3 stars instead of 1. Note that ALL cleaning occurs at the Chimney Rock location - so it doesn't really matter which Omni cleaners you drop off at.

Just had a couple of blazers, pants, and wool pants dry cleaned here and they did a great job! Love that I can track the status of my items on my phone, and everything was done exactly when they said it would be. Highly recommend Omni and will be using them again!

I am new to the area so this was my first time at Omni cleaners. I chose them for their convenient location and good reviews. Dropped off a variety of shirts, blazers and pants. Also had them do a rush job on a gown. Everything came out perfectly! The customer service was wonderful and I will absolutely use them as my regular cleaner.

Great customer service, 50% off for first time customers is an added bonus. They are great with texting you updates on your dry cleaning order which is extremely helpful. I would suggest they add their hours of operation to their location details on Apple Maps, as I could not find it when I looked to confirm how late they were open during non business hours. Otherwise, my experience has been great with this cleaners and I will be using their services after such a great first time experience.
