I nervously sent a huge pile of new and vintage designer items for cleaning and minor repairs. There were several tough stains that I could not remove. Everything came back pristine and in better condition than I’d ever had them. Service was prompt and friendly, and I found the prices reasonable for the quality of work. Nothing has that old school stiff and overworked dry cleaned feeling. It’s all bright and new. I look forward to bringing them more of my vintage collection for a refresh.

I have taken all my dry cleaning to River Oaks Cleaners on Bellaire Blvd. for well over 10 years. They have always done an excellent job with my clothes, some of which are very expensive. Recently I took my custom made bedspread in to be cleaned and it looked like brand new when I got it back. In all these years, I have never had a problem with their work, never had anything damaged and have never had to bring anything back to be redone. I highly recommend River Oaks Cleaners.

Unfortunately, my experience with this dry cleaning service was extremely disappointing. It was my first time using this location, and it will definitely be my last. The only positive aspect was the friendly and polite staff who took my clothes and returned them to me. I chose this place because of its glowing reviews, but I now feel misled. My clothes don’t look properly cleaned or restored to good condition. I’ve attached photos that clearly show the results. Another issue worth mentioning is their lack of pricing transparency. You don’t know how much you’ll be charged until you pick up your items. In my case, I was charged $31.39 for three items, which I find outrageous given the poor quality of the service. My advice: avoid this place. There are plenty of other dry cleaning businesses that offer better service and clearer pricing.

They always do a good job. Minor glitch today when I was given someone else’s comforter similar to mine. Returned and it was resolved quickly and our cat is happily preparing for her nap on it!

I went to River Oaks cleaners to dry clean a used dress and to get it "unhemmed." Since it was used, it had a few makeup stains and was hemmed shorter than I wanted. The service was great and the staff was nice. The reason I am taking a star away is because when I dry clean something, I expect it to be ready to wear. However, once I am ready to wear this dress I will have to steam it. The crease of the old hem and other areas are a bit wrinkled so I would have to steam it myself before wearing it.
