I needed to get a mysterious spot out of a genuine silk dress that was quite expensive, and I also needed it done promptly. I came in an gave them the run down and expressed the importance. While they didn't make any promises, they were kind, optimistic, and able to get the job done in 36 hours (seems like they could have gotten it down faster if need be, but at the time, I needed it in three days). The dress came out perfectly and the service was affordable given the circumstances. The dress was very important to me, and I'm grateful I trusted the right company. After that experience, I am a customer for life. Couldn't recommend more!

They called and sent several text messages and left me with an option of picking them up &/or donating them to another business. I am grateful they have that personal touch. Very well priced! Especially for the area. They have even dry cleaned pieces that other dry cleaners refused to. I even take my designer items here. On Wednesdays they offer a discount too. The woman at the from is great. Highly recommend.

I have had good experience with this location in the past so it’s unfortunate I have to leave this review. But what happened to my Loro Piana jacket is more unfortunate. Please be VERY careful handing in your high end designer clothes. Before I handed it in I asked to check if they’re able to dry clean it as it’s very delicate and expensive. The lady took it back and came back saying they absolutely can. And it basically got ruined. The color leaked along most seams. They then tried to fix it for a few days and, while some of the texture improved, it formed hard lumps all over inside the lining that are visible as well. Even the care label got washed out. I’ve had this jacket dry cleaned before with no issues and it had no defects. I received no reimbursement and they tried to blame the manufacturer… Take your designer pieces somewhere else because they don’t know how to care for higher end brands.
