Went here for the first time because my typical dry cleaner was randomly closed. I’ve bounced to several options and haven’t been super happy w/ any of them. I was impressed w/ River Oaks Cleaners. First, my items were cleaned well, was less than a day turnaround , and it was reasonably priced. What is going to keep me coming is the above, but also things like sending me a text when my items were ready, offering ti add those items to a delivery so I wouldn’t have to pick up (didn’t choose this, but am interested), every interaction was pleasant, professional, and fast. I’m done bouncing around and will continue coming here moving forward.
