I needed to have a 2 x 3.5 ft viscose pile (manmade silk) carpet cleaned and called Will, the owner, to get a price. He informed me that it would cost approximately $22 to have it cleaned. This price was comparable to their competitor, Long Cleaners, so I elected to have it cleaned at the Lyons location. When I picked up the carpet the following week I was charged $39 with no explanation on the increased charge. I attempted to call the owner that day with no answer. I left messages with a person for him to call me back to resolve the following day and then again five work days later. I even left a written note on their website messaging system in hopes of getting my overcharge resolved. To this date, I have not received a call from the owner to resolve my carpet cleaning overcharge that occurred on 20 Feb 2025. The carpet was cleaned very well and I am pleased with the service, but not happy with the dishonest pricing in order to obtain my patronage. Update 7 March 2025 Owner's response states the prices are subject to change. The carpet was delivered for cleaning within 15 minutes after receiving the price quote. Cleaning price is based on $ per sq ft, carpet measurement on the receipt was also larger than the physical measurement of the carpet. I still do not understand the quick response to this review, but no response to the phone and email messages from me to work this out.

Just recently discovered this business when I needed to clean a comforter too large for my own washer. Cohen was so serviceable, polite, and helpful! They removed some stains, finished a day ahead of schedule, and gave me a discount (they were running a sale I didn’t know about.) Great service, and will absolutely use this cleaner again!

I recently took six pairs of pants to Fox Cleaners in Oxford, OH, to be hemmed, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. They managed to complete the job in just two days, which was incredibly impressive given the volume. The quality of their work was excellent, with each pair expertly hemmed to perfection. While I found the cost to be a bit on the higher side, I can’t say if it’s above average since I'm not familiar with standard hemming prices. That said, the quality and speed were absolutely worth it. If you're looking for professional tailoring with a quick turnaround, I highly recommend Fox Cleaners!

Dirty ass place. Change machine don't work half the time. Takes a dollar and doesn't give you change back.. stay away from here. Inside is not cleaned. Took my laundry to another laundry mat down the road. Open a wash and water to the top of it.
