My father used them, I use them and my sister uses this eatablishment for our dry cleaning. This and the previous survey should should reflect a 5 star without a doubt.

I have always had great experiences with the Schafer cleaning team, but they have now added door to door pick up and drop off! Bonus! I live in a fairly rural area in south-central Michigan, so I was very surprised they would pick up and deliver without an additional charge. They also do a great job communicating about the status of your order and when you can expect delivery. Thanks Schafer team!

This was my first time as a customer here. I dropped off a thick, king sized comforter. It was ready & bagged, when they promised. It's clean, smells great, & brighter than I remembered. The staff was on point, helpful & polite. I'm pleased with the service as a whole, and will continue to take my comforter, & want to take other items in also.

My daughter bought her wedding dress used so I had to take it in. I had it cleaned and steamed and it looked brand new. It turned out so beautiful and they actually had it done before. They said it would be done. I love these guys. They do a great job and everything.
