I have been a loyal customer for years, but today was the breaking point. I forgave them when they ruined an evening gown three years ago as I liked the owners. I understand things can happen with dry cleaning. After that, I began taking my important pieces all the way to Houston because they are not capable with fine pieces. But today, I picked up a tulle skirt that had never been worn and was supposed to be steamed only. I saw that hem looked awkward when I picked it up, but I thought the streaming dropped the train in the back. That was not the case. The cleaners ripped the tulle in multiple places, causing three holes and an uneven hem. It was supposed to be a simple steaming. You could clearly see something was amiss and they still put it in a bag and charged me $25. My daughter's skirt is destroyed and it is part of an outfit for her senior portraits in two weeks. I cannot even order a new one as it is back ordered almost two months. I had to take it to a tailor for repair and they are not 100% sure it can be fixed with the gaping holes. I will never go back or recommend. The owner stood in silence embarrassed to the point where she did not apologize. I demanded the cost of the skirt, alterations and my "steaming". I am writing this review to warn others. I am very disappointed. Edit: I checked the clothes I picked up with the skirt and they gave me back dirty pants. They were pressed. They have zero quality control!
