I brought my gown that i wore to my son’s wedding to Embassy after being told it was too difficult to clean by another dry cleaner. It has a lot of detail and was very dirty because the wedding was a barn wedding and i was walking outdoors. I take the train in from the city to drop my dry cleaning off here. This is by far the best dry cleaning service ever. None of the dry cleaners in NYC can get a stain out, and this one does it no problem. The clothing comes out perfectly every time no questions asked. Also the ladies who work at the front desk are so friendly. I never leave reviews but this is a unique situation of strikingly excellent service. I love this place.
