I brought in an expensive piece to be cleaned. After receiving a price and timeline, I received a text message two weeks later and went in for pickup. The item not only had not been cleaned, but a safety pin was attached, making a hole in the fabric. The employee didn’t have much to say, only that nobody checked the item before texting me so they didn’t know the cleaning hadn’t taken place. First and last time customer.
