Dropped off my dress to get tailored on Thursday, was told I would get the price “later” when I asked if it was later today, I was told it would be tomorrow (Friday). Fast forward to today (Monday 5pm), I called to check what’s going on and was told they won’t be able to give me a price until next week when the tailor comes in. I said that it was not was I was told initially and then was basically told “nothing we can do about it”. Mind you, I’m not expecting my dress to be ready by any means, but I need to know how much I’m going to be paying for something before I commit, am I wrong? Poor customer service and refusing to do anything about it. Pet peeve is when businesses say “there’s nothing I can do about it”. Unprofessional and lazy.

I have been coming here for over 8 years very satisfied with their dry cleaning service. They use high end materials and best supplies to make sure and get all stains out. Whats great is they also offer free pick up, delivery service which I highly recommend to take advantage and premium tailoring services is flawless. I usually bring here, dress shirts, dress pants, suits and comforters. I also like the in house tailoring for new pants I buy. I have in the past tried other dry cleaners but no one was as good as Tarzana Cleaners. I highly recommend to give them a try if you are not a customer yet.
