Unacceptable that they are not taking responsibility for the tear they did to my bedding comforter. I picked it up yesterday to find out later in the day that they did a hole on the cover and they say it was already damaged when they received it. Do not recommend this place, not coming back.

Availability of pick up is new and forward thinking to access clothing anytime. I’m early in the use and plan to continue with the service. It’s close, convenient and accessible. A small amount of feedback. I have a few one of a kind shirts that need to be dry cleaned and while wash is acceptable the the shirts must be dry cleaned to preserve them since no longer in production and do shrink , this last time they were washed. I will still support the business and understand accidents will happen. They are a near 5 rated operation

I have been using this HP location prior to the merger and the quality of service has greatly improved. I have also noticed an increase in the turnaround time which is helpful. The evening/early morning pickup is also a game changer, especially in the high traffic area. And for what it’s worth, the daytime couple working there are very nice.

But if you don’t have the time to chat, their 24/7 Kiosk pickup system is simple, flawless, and efficient. I am attending a wedding and needed my Army Dress Blue Uniform cleaned and pressed. They are fast, meticulous, and trustworthy.
