This is a Dry Cleaner that bought out our old one, which we had been using for over a decade. I continued to hear bad things from my neighbors so it took me awhile to try them. Boy do I regret that decision. 1. They changed their working hours and open at 7am instead of 6am which is a tough time for people who go before work. 2. The employees are very, very rude. I asked a number of questions about the transition which would indicate that I was interested in all the changes that have occurred. 3. The worst thing is after spending 10 minutes asking almost every question under the son my credit card was charged $311, DOUBLE, what the old company charged. I immediately called them and spoke to the same rude and condescending lady who took my husband's clothes. I asked why we were charged double she said "we have different prices" to which I stated I explicitly asked you if the hours were the only changes to the services and she said yes. When I reminded her she said "well, you didn't ask about the prices". I was floored. It was evident she was more concerned with gouging us this one and only time we will ever use them. This company apparently prefers to cheat people in a desperate attempt to get the fast dollar instead of properly communicating with potential repeat consumers. I have also added this information to our neighborhood page and nextdoor.

They are always good on notifying of when done. Clothes come back great. Have taken comforters there also. I am a regular. Have had no issues and staff is great. Prices are higher then last establishment but so are all others in area. The day of the .99 deals are long gone. Same day turn around if in by 9.

They do a good job and my clothes have always been done before the end of the next day. They broke a bunch of buttons on one of my dress shirts once but I pointed them out and they immediately took care of it.

They lost one of the buttons of my marching band uniform and I have to return it back to the school. Any part of the uniform that is damage we have to pay a lot of money. MARCHING BAND UNIFORM IS NOT CHEAP!!!! Don’t go here they lose and mess up your stuff. Miss the old management of this shop. Go somewhere else! The prices have triple a lot!!
