Dear downtown minneapolis Pilgrim users if you're reading this post take my advice because it will save your money,time and dignity the manger of this place doesn't care about customers at all. The ladies in the store deserves her position as they are so professional, respectful and cares about customers but things can happen. I dropped my Calvin Klein shirt when I come back I found out it's not mine I asked them to check the lists and videos from that day so they can find what happened because mine was size 14-14 /1/2 slim and the one they gave me is 15 after days they didn't check anything. Wanda the manager is so rude, unprofessional and so racist has to tell me "go get a life.....". So I decided to go to court so I can get my shirt back so please take my advice and take your business elsewhere were you will get the respect 🙏. I read all low reviews they received and its so interesting how they responded somehow they couldn't find their names in their system 🙃 but when you drop they asked you for your name 🤔. I will post video and My conversation so you guys see if it's necessary.

My boyfriend needed to get his suit dry cleaned for a wedding this weekend, upon entering we were greeted by the kindest and funniest soul Vicky! She gave excellent customer service and explained the services they offered very well! Give this woman a raise she deserves it! Definitely will be coming back in the future.

The whole team at PDC is great. We came in end-of-day Sat with our dry cleaning and Vicky was terrific. She was transparent about turnaround and reassured us the team will do their best to get us our stuff as soon as possible for the week ahead.
