DO NOT USE!!!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!! I set up home delivery service. I had a ton of clothes to Spring Clean. They have me 6 lbs if my BEDDING back. Almost 400 and NOT ONE PIECE OF CLOTHING BACK!!! My bank showed the money was used for a SPA in Florida!!! If you want to be in litigation I advised to NOT use this business!!!

I went to pick up my rush order this weekend only to be greeted by the employee telling me the clothes were not yet delivered and that she had no idea when they would arrive. Mind you this is a little over an hour before they close and it is the suit my kid needs for homecoming that evening. My husband returned to the place of business later on and was told the clothes were at sugar land location. I had asked this specific question which was answered with a blank stare and an I don’t know where they are. After all that stress we ended up having to go pick it up in Sugar Land. We had to pay full price even after all of the stress and inconvenience. I probably wouldn’t be as bothered by it except the coat I sent with the suit looks no different than how I sent it (aka not clean). I do not recommend this place of business at all.
