They make it very easy for me to drop off my clothes after hours when it’s convenient for me and I don’t have to wait long for them to text me that my clothes are cleaned and ready for pick up. I’ve never had an issue with their system nor with the results of my clothes. The people who work there are also very polite and helpful.

I had a bridal gown cleaned and preserved. Sherry seemed very knowledgeable about the whole process and handled it efficiently and professionally from beginning to end, even answering my questions about ongoing care after leaving the shop. Enclosed a pair of white gloves and advised that those should be used when handling the gown to avoid oil/lotion/etc. transfer to the fabric. Also recommended leaving gown in the box, rather than hanging up on a hanger, as the weight of the gown/train could be detrimental. The process was expensive and took several months - but they were honest with me about that from the get-go - and delivered in the time frame promised.

Fashion Cleaners does an excellent job! I use them regularly but this is the 2nd time I’ve taken a clothing item there with a grease splatter and they were able to remove it. They can’t promise it will come out but I knew they would try their best and — success… again! Sherry is so nice, too (Sterling Ridge).
