Very good product; price point is a bit high; 4 hours open on a Saturday would be great; beats that $2,99 any piece joint on 120th and center. Experience for delivery is foreign to a lot of folks. The premium is priced in even if I am happy with my own pickup. Offer a discount for individual drop and pick. I don't want to pay for someone else's perceived convenience. Hope that's helpful!

I must admit, when I first moved to Omaha I had a horrible experience with this clothes cleaning service as they shrunk my beautiful J. Crew white wool coat! I did not go back for years. Push came to shove and I felt like enough time had passed for my emotions to calm down over the traumatic coat ordeal (I was not as dramatic when it actually happened btw) and figured I’d give the them another chance they were still in business years later. What a delightful cleaning service; always timely, always prompt customer service, texts when your clothes are ready, let me know if a specialty fabric I bring in may crack or wear (e.g., pleather plants), fairly priced, etc. I’m a fan!

23 Aug 2024 I used to rely on the 32nd & Farnam Fashion Cleaners as conveniently located, quick, customer friendly, with good prices and good results. ☆☆☆☆☆ . But in recent years they have transitioned from People oriented to Machine oriented. . The changes have driven me away to use other cleaners. . And based on Reviews, other customers also find the Machine orientation to be Customer Unfriendly.

Website literally does not work. I wanted to use this service today, walked over and there was no one there, it said to make an account to get access so I went to the website happy to make one. I enter my phone number, name, pretty standard. I then get to the referral section and it just… doesn’t work, button is greyed out. Tried on my phone and laptop and the website just doesn’t work, impossible to give them my business. Called the phone number for support but they don’t answer on weekends. The 24 hour account only business model seems like a great idea to me - except for the fact that it literally doesn’t work. Happy to change my review if this is resolved and their service is better in the future.

This is the second time I’ve used the company, first time was great, not the same story this time. Never received a confirmation for my item, it was not listed on my account and I had to email in order to find it. When finally given a confirmation for pickup, no locker number was listed. The only good part of the experience was Silvia as she was very helpful in the whole ordeal.

Strike one. Lost my winter jacket. Strike two. Lost my pants Strike three. Gave me the wrong jacket. 1. The idea of a dry cleaner in midtown crossing was so convient. They charged a little more then other cleaners but the location was just right. I took my winter jacket in for dry cleaning. Just the jacket, no other clothing. They said it would be a week. A stopped by a week later and they said they didn't have any jacket for me. They lost my jacket and denied ever receivIng it. I produced the ticket for service and they said they would look into it. I call them three days after that event and they say they found it at another store and will call when they bring it back to the midtown store. Five days later I call again and they say it's been sitting at their store for a day. The customer service is only worse then their organization. Attitude reflects leadership and that place has no leadership. 2. & 3. My grandmother passses away and I need my favorite black suit cleaned quickly. My wife, unbeknownst to me, takes in the suit to... fashion cleaners. She took in three pairs of pants and two shirts and one suit jacket. The day before we are flying out we have the clothes back in the house and I notice that one of my pares of pants are missing. At that time, I didn't realize it was fashion cleaners that cleaned the clothes. We pack up and take the flight to New York for the funeral. Day of the funeral, I go to put my suit on and notice the jacket is short and tight. What gives? They had my pants mixed with another suit. Someone please take over this company and fire the leadership and retrain/fire the employees
