First time using La Mer. From an administrative point…Friendly staff and I appreciate the fact that you can check status of your order online. However, that being said, my garments were promised on a given date and they were not ready. I had to initiate a call to follow up. It would have been nice if I was notified that order was running behind. From a quality point…garments were cleaned and pressed PERFECTLY.

I had a stain on my white jacket from the red wine, The previous dry cleaner did twice and took me two weeks to wait end it was still there. I called my friend and she gave me the phone number for La Mer and in about 2/3days, I got my jacket back absolutely clean and fresh ! Highly recommend you !

Great service and amazing job Cleaning . I have very bold and bright colors and in the past have had things destroyed by dry cleaners. I was extremely satisfied with this business because my hot pink linen shirt came back hot pink like it went in! I highly recommend them.

I do not recommend this business to anyone. They have ruined a very expensive sweater. They lied about not being able to locate the sweater then they finally returned it to me and it was so shrunken. Totally not wearable. I have given them 6 weeks to respond to numerous texts and phone calls before I posted anything about the business. They obviously do not care and are doing nothing to take responsibility. I DO NOT recommend them at all. Do not use them.

I am a professional Seamstress and I was altering a designer jacket that had a stain on it. Slightly panicked I had to find a good dry cleaner. I never had used La Met Dry Cleaners before but I drove over there to see if they could remove the stain. The jacket was a very pale color and it was silk, as soon as I brought it into the front desk, one of the experts came upfront, swooped the jacket up and took it to the back of the store and sprayed it with some magical spray. She then came back and said we can do it. That was music to my ears. I was so thrilled because the jacket was very pricey and I don’t know how the stain got there, but obviously the owner never saw it. I just picked it up today and it is perfect. So kudos to La Met. BaryThey are experts in dry cleaning. If you have anything that you value, you can trust them. I will use them from now on for sure they made my day!

They do a great job at La Mer I had lots new bed linen I suddenly needed to have ready by a certain date. I didn't have time to wash and press myself. They were able to finish everything for me in a timely manner. The ladies in the front are very helpful. I will continue to use and recommend them.

I had a ton of custom sheets that needed to be cleaned and pressed for an install. 13 beds in all. I shipped my bedding from Baltimore itemized and organized by room. They completed them in a week and a half and hand delivered back in my garment bags completely organized. Thank you so much for a flawless, perfect experience.
