I recently brought a dress to this store for dry cleaning and had a frustrating experience with the customer service. When I initially dropped off the dress, I asked the staff member how much it would cost to dry clean it. She told me $15, and I agreed. However, when I returned nine days later to pick it up, she first told me to come back the next day because it wasn’t ready, despite it being more than a week. When I insisted, she looked for the dress and found it, but then mentioned that it had not been entered into the system. Finally, when it was time to pay, I was charged $17.75 instead of the $15 ,I was originally told. When I questioned the extra charge, she explained that a credit card surcharge and taxes were added. I found this surprising and frustrating. This kind of poor customer service and lack of transparency is unacceptable.. I told her so we are now living in THIRD WORLD COUNTRY ??? And she turned around haughtily didn't even apologize, so BAD customer service. I will NOT COME back to this place. I already found another place, friendlier and MUCH cheaper 50% cheaper . Look around FIRST before you bring your stuff here. THIS IS OVERPRICE little dinky dry clean store!
