My wife took my suit into the cleaners for alterations and cleaning. I just paid 63 dollars for 2 dresses and a suit to be cleaned that still have a big ole hole in the crouch area. What did I pay 63 for? Pissed is an understatement. And the worker that have at the Richmond Indiana location lacks personality all together. Needless to say I will never go back to this cleaners. I'll drive my clothes to Indianapolis if I have to.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. Brought my father in law, who flew in from another country, and husband’s suits to be pressed, a week before our wedding. Somehow the day they were supposed to be ready they lost a pair of the pants. Said they would have them that afternoon. Went back and they tried to give me a bright blue pair of pants. The owner was unreachable by staff. Came back the next morning 2 days before our wedding to get the pants. Somehow they were still missing. After waiting over 30 minutes the staff were finally able to speak to the owner said he would give us $20 off another service. I still didn’t have the missing pants. That evening we were able to pick them up just before the shop closed and thankfully they had “found” the correct pants.

Simply fantastic. I was not able to do my own laundry, for several weeks and Armstrong Laundry was recommended. After my first experience, and being truly satisfied, I now always send it out to them. Wash, dried, folded and neatly put in large plastic bags then those bags are put into a clean white laundry bag. Pickup and delivery is always completed as scheduled. Armstrong is so dependable, professional and does a great job. Also, their prices are very reasonable. Thank you Armstrong Laundry, for making your service available.
