Julian’s had a sale on dry cleaning comforters. It was a great deal! And it was ready very fast. Comforter was fully refreshed. It came in a protective clear plastic bag with a zipper that I will keep it in during the off season - no extra charge. Store people are friendly and attentive!

I had my suit that was only a year old dry cleaned here. I had only worn the suit twice before this and had never gotten stains on it. I just wanted it to look fresh for a friends wedding. This was my first time getting the suit dry cleaned and it had no damage to it before going here. After it had been dry cleaned I was getting ready for the wedding and I noticed there were holes all over the suit. There were at least two in the pants and two to three on the back of the jacket. After the wedding I took it in to complain and all they did was try to shift the blame to me saying “those are moth holes” ,and “if you had a food stain left on it the dry cleaning can cause holes” followed by them saying they will not take ownership of the damage and wouldn’t cover the cost of the suit that cost me over $300. This just seems like a business that isn’t willing to take ownership over their own mistakes. My experience was very disappointing and I will never go here again and I don’t recommend others having their suits dry cleaned here.

I have had excellent service—and, most importantly, care—from Julian’s for at least 30 years, everything from silk blouses and cashmere sweaters to down comforters (duvets). AND I drive more than 75 miles to take items that need careful dry cleaning there. Cannot recommend too highly Julian’s!
