I can’t say enough good things about this dry cleaner! I brought in my long black wool coat with what I thought was a hopeless stain—tuna sandwich oil and all. Not only did they manage to completely remove the stain, but they also returned my coat looking fresh, clean, and like new. I was genuinely worried because it’s an expensive piece, but they handled it with incredible care and professionalism. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly take pride in their work. Highly recommend if you need expert stain removal or just top-notch dry cleaning.

I am delighted with the service that I received from Julian’s Dry Cleaners. The charges are fair, the service is prompt, and the staff is courteous, and very helpful. I found Julian’s Dry Cleaners while going to another store close by. I had three winter coats that needed cleaning, and repairs. After I picked up my coats, and saw the great job that was done to them, I decided to have two comforters, and a spread cleaned. And, I was not disappointed. I have been telling family, friends, and colleagues about the great job, and service that I received.

Horrible customer service. I get to the shop 5 minutes before close time and the lady working the register locks the doors on me and walks to the back of the shop pretending she didn’t notice me. I wait until she comes back and she sees me and tells me repeatedly they’re closed and that she wants to go home. I wait outside for another 5 minutes and she then proceeds to pull out her phone and start recording me. Mind you I needed to pick up my dry cleaning that day or else it would have impeded with my plans the next day. I decide to bite the bullet and come back first thing the next morning. It is the same lady and she gives me a horrible attitude as she is checking me out. I would only recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t want their clothes to them on time and is willing to face rude and nasty staff who only care about themselves.

I am very pleased with the dry cleaning service that Julian provides and have been a loyal customer for the last 10 years. Other unnamed services have damaged my shirts but nothing untoward has happened at Julian’s. In fact they have noticed when a garment needed repair and brought it to my attention. Excellent service.
