I have a long, white, down coat that my previous cleaners would not even look at-just said it can't be cleaned. There were brown stains from storage. I had my peacoat cleaned here. When I got home and took it out of the bag, I had to question if it was even cleaned. I'm sorry, but I will not be returning. I gave a 2 star review because the lady was really nice! Besides that, 0 stars :(
