I dropped off my clothes the day before I needed it because it was a last minute meeting I needed to attend. They gave me the pick up time and my meeting was like 3 hours before the pick up time. I asked them if they can help me with my clothes so I can get to my meeting on time. This dry cleaning place go above and beyond to get my clothes ready for me and to get to my meeting on time. I have had some unexpected issues come up with traveling with my job to where I don’t get my $ to travel until right before. The Manager & her team have worked with me so kindly by holding my clothes until the $ is put on my card to be able to pick them up. I rotate through clothes for business trips so have quite a few of them each time I drop off. It makes me feel good that they reassure me they will put notes on my file so my clothes don’t get taken out of the store & donated as it would place me in an awful position. I won’t go anywhere other than Red Hanger Downtown SLC, Utah. They have an amazing team and are always so helpful to me. I wish I could remember each of their names but a shout out goes to their whole team as I’ve spoken to so many because I worry so much. They always put my mind at ease that they will be there for me.
