I've used Best Cleaners for as long as they've been in Delmar. The last few times I used them, I had significant problems. On one occasion, they lost two small area rugs for several weeks beyond when they should have been returned. I called numerous times, and was told to either give it more time or that they would look into it and get back to me. No one ever did. Another time I left a dress for pressing, and it came back three days after the order was due to be completed. On the second day, it was returned to the wrong store. I've had other orders that were significantly late. My confidence in BC's service is now low, and I will consider another dry cleaner.

I would not recommend Best Cleaners at all. 5 months for a 1 month process to clean a dress, no responses for months from anyone when called or stopped in for updates. Sent dress back 3x to keep cleaning it because it kept looking worse once I was able to get to view it. Threads loose that were not loose prior to services. Lost an irreplaceable item that was a wedding gift, had to cancel partial order for preserving to complete because of issues and no compensation for lost time and items. Horrible services.

It's been a whole month and 2weeks when I dropped off my coat to get a zipper fixed nobody said it would take so long the person there told me to ONLY pay 19.99 now I'm hearing it another $25 the chick had a stank attitude when I called the third week of February about my coat.. it's just poor communication skills and she never explained that to get a zipper fixed it would take 6 weeks.the winter is almost over and I've had to fight with the cold to stay warm without my coat, and yes not everyone is Rich to get another one!

This was the perfect service for dry cleaning. They promptly picked up and returned my king size comforter quickly and efficiently. They returned it in excellent condition and packaged beautifully. Can’t recommend them more highly. Really are the BEST.

I used their laundry club pick up and delivery service for around a year, and the experience was great! Only needed to reach out once or twice to ask for updates when the pickup/delivery was late, and those were around the holidays and it was an understandable situation. We stopped using it for a few months, and then renewed in July of 2024. At this time I would have to say I don't recommend them. Pickups were routinely late, and we only received a communication about it once. Deliveries were also then delayed, and most of the time we only got half our laundry bags back (normally sent 2 and received 1 back). I had to call multiple times about that issue. With the last delivery, I was told twice over two days that I would receive a call back once they determined when my missing bag would be delivered. I never received a call back. When I called to follow up, the representative who answered was immediately less than pleasant, and gave abrupt answers, sighing with aggravation and arguing that I must be wrong because everything on their end shows my laundry was returned to me. After answering her extremely skeptical questions, she said they would call me back after looking into it within a short time. She called back shortly, from a private number, but did not identify herself, did not say hello back when I answered my phone, and after I answered her additional questions, hung up without saying goodbye or telling me what to expect for next steps. I then realized that I had been overcharged for the laundry they had returned. Rather than applying the order to my laundry club subscription, it was charged separately. I called back and asked if it could be corrected. This representative was very nice, but again didn't have basic customer service skills of asking me to hold while she looked into the issue or giving an indication that she needed to do some research, instead just sitting in silence for 3 minutes. I had to call an addition time before having a supervisor call me to confirm they had found my laundry, which was now two days late, in a Friday asking if they could deliver it on Monday, which would have resulted in being 5 days late. We did receive the missing laundry back, and on Friday rather than Monday, but given the constant issues they are having with performing the basic tasks of picking up and delivering laundry, the low level of customer service standards, and the overcharge, I cannot recommend them right now. I did receive a refund for the incorrect charge, so that was resolved with little issue. I don't think I will be able to try them again the future, which is really unfortunate given how great they were for the first year that we used them.

I recently brought a pair of dress pants and shirt to best cleaners in Schenectady, New York. They seemed very friendly and when I asked if they would be able to do same day cleaning they informed me that they would be able to have my clothes on the same day by 2 o’clock. When I arrived, they couldn’t find my clothes and once they did, they said that they were presently being cleaned. I waited in the car for 10 minutes and they informed me that they were finished. I went inside to look at the clothes and they were still dirty and the stains that I had pointed out to them, still in the pants and dress shirt. I said the stains are still in the clothes and the person at the register said we don’t guarantee anything and if you want we can “try” to clean them again. I told her that I needed these for something this afternoon, and I was unable to leave them. I brought the clothes home and I found them to be more soiled after I picked them up before I dropped them off. I will share pictures of the pants and shirt.
