I'm very disappointed. Worst dry cleaner or seamstress I've experienced. I needed to replace a zipper on a jacket. They quoted me a price over the phone. When I took it in the price to repair went up. I don't like that practice, but I needed it repaired. The owner said it would take five days to repair. After two weeks it still was not repaired. Then...when I asked for my unrepaired jacket she refused to. I had to call the owner of Bill's Toggery for him to act as a liaison to get my jacket back so I can take it elsewhere to be repaired. She relinquished my unrepaired jacket nearly three weeks after I dropped it off. I'll never use their service again and Bill's Toggery would do well to reconsider their partnership with them. I do not recommend this business. They have one of my the lower ratings online. I should have looked before I dropped off my jacket.

Honestly, not impressed. Among the more expensive dry cleaners I have used, they aren't punctual. Their opening time on Saturday is 9 and they were late.
