As a new customer, I sent in my email address and received a 20% off coupon. The only listed restriction was to redeem coupon in 3 days - so I quickly took my leather jacket in. I was told leather is excluded even though there was zero indication to the consumer that leather is excluded. The employee went on to say that leather cleaning "is very expensive, " and "it takes a long time to clean....a month." I was told the cleaning would be $70 - so a $14 (20% off) discount would be an investment in customer goodwill. I also asked about the 10% cash discount and was told leather was excluded. Basically, Brite Touch Cleaners chased away this potential new customer. I did call the company and spoke with Lupe who initially confirmed that leather excluded from all coupons even though nothing in writing to inform consumers. After much discussion, Lupe agreed to honor the 20% off. The next day I was told that my leather coat could not be cleaned without damaging the leather. The leather has white spots from water - nothing else.

Had high hopes since reviews were good and decent price w/special. Dropped off a comforter on 1/11, was told it would be ready on 1/20. I called on 1/23 and was told "maybe tomorrow." It was finally ready on 1/25. Worst part is, it's still dirty! I pointed out a couple spots when I picked it up and asked about it. They barely glanced at it then told me they couldn't get it out. At this point I just wanted my comforter back. Ot it home and noticing even more dirty spots...super disappointed
