My daughter’s wedding dress was in horrible condition after wearing it to her reception outdoors (pics attached). Mud and dirt were all over the train. After being turned away from Tide Cleaners bc of the condition of the dress, I brought it to River Oaks Cleaners in Sugar Creek and consulted with Rosie. She told me they would attempt to clean it as best they could and call me to look at the progress afterwards to decide if I still wanted to have it boxed (heirloom) for storage afterward. Their technician cleaned the dress three times and got the dress back to its original condition! They then boxed the dress for storage. Rosie honored her original quote for the dress cleaning and boxing service. We are so happy with the results! **River Oaks Dry Cleaners are wedding dress experts.** Their expertise and patience is much appreciated and I would recommend their wedding dress service over any other cleaners.
