So far, GREAT SERVICE!! Found that these cleaners and decided to try them out for the first time last week. We had 10+ men's button down shirts, a wool sweater, and 2 women's event gowns cleaned, and though it's only our first time using them, the experience was great. A few other helpful notes: -They run specials weekly it seems and that helps make the price more affordable -The clothes seemed to be cleaned well, and none of the buttons were broken on the men's button down shirts (this has been a problem with other cleaners in the area) -They are professional & friendly. The shop is also organized and clean, something that is always appreciated! -They're online messaging system gives you updates in real time and you can see prices and any updates while they have your order. I've never had a cleaner be so digitally-friendly or organized, again, this is appreciated as it makes the whole experience much quicker and transparent. I will update my review in a few months if anything changes.

Would not recommend just because of the language barrier it was very difficult to get pricing for alterations. Called in to ask how much it would be for a hem up on men’s pants asked multiple times to make sure they were understanding the request was told over the phone it would cost $13.50 arrived there and was told it would be $20. Even recommended they honor the price that was told over the phone the day before and in the future I would know it was $20 since this was their mistake and not mine. But they would not honor it which just seems like poor customer service and a bit of a high price for a hem up. Even tried to ask about tailoring sleeves on a dress shirt but they were not understanding and kept giving me prices for a dry clean which I knew wouldn’t be correct and just let it go since I did not need that information at the time. I would just go down the street to master cleaners on kuykendahl to get your pants hemmed up for 15$ and they are more understanding of your request. ETA: Just to be clear I do speak English honestly rude to assume that because of my last name that I did not speak English. English is my native language but yes I do also speak Vietnamese and I am familiar with language barriers and more understanding than most when dealing with language barriers because of my background. However to be clear I was speaking English to someone that seemed to not to be very fluent in English.

I needed my 8x10 rug cleaned and refused to pay the prices at tide cleansers. Brite touch was very affordable and only took a 1 week turnaround. My rug looks brand new and I couldn't be happier with my service!
