I took my king size thick furry comforter it was my first time and they did absolutely amazing. This is actually my first time leaving a review for someone but village cleaners deserve it, and it was ready in three days. It smell good and softer than ever. I highly highly recommend 10 stars for me 🥰🥰🥰🥰

I had a great experience at Village Cleaners! I had 4 pairs of pants hemmed and they fit perfectly now. The pants were completed right on time and Maria was very kind and personable. I will definitely bring my clothes there again!

Edit: The owner was very helpful in getting our problems resolved and followed up with us multiple times. She also said that she will be working on additional training for employees on how to handle problems that arise. Original review: We used this dry cleaner for the first time and we will not be back. The lady quoted us a price of $70ish dollars which we paid when we picked up the what they had ready of our order. When my husband went back to pick up what they originally didn’t have ready, they charged him an additional $40+ even though he stated he had already paid and had been told he was paid in full. When I took the dresses out of the dry cleaning bags, one had stains all over it and the other had a sizeable hole that looks like it came from a dry cleaner hanger. The lady at the counter insisted that the dry cleaning service they use could not have made the hole and argued with me. Waiting to hear back from the manager on what they are going to do (if anything) to rectify this situation.
